Secure Military Verification

Integrity Bottles provides top of the line products sand carved with your command's logo and customized with personal text. In order to gain access to our Military pages and products please follow these easy steps: 

Option 1:

  1. Create an Account or Sign in.
  2. Fill out this secure, online SCRA "Single Record" Request Form.
  3. Email your completed "Status Report" PDF to Military@IntegrityBottles.com.
  4. Important: Make sure you email us from the same address used during sign up.

SCRA Verification

Please Note:

  • Military & Government products are available to Active Duty Military, Honorably Discharged Veterans, and Local, State, and Federal Law Enforcement.  We also extend these products and offers to military and government family members. *Family member verification required through SCRA Status Report or Alternate Verification Options.
  • Your full SSN will NOT be shown on the Status Report and we do NOT use this report for anything other than initially adding a "Verified Military" status to your account.
  • SCRA Verification is the most secure open source method to verify military status. Integrity Bottles is owned by US Military Veterans and former Law Enforcement. We truly care about your security!
  • If you are retired or honorably discharged, your information will populate in the form but you may need to change the "Active Duty Status Date" to reflect any time when you were on active duty in the past.

Option 2:

  • As an alternate option, you may send us an email from your .mil or .gov account and reference the email address used for your Integrity Bottles account. (Military@IntegrityBottles.com)
  • DOD employees and Local, State, and Federal Law Enforcement may also use this method for verification.
  • Once we receive your email, we will verify your eligibility and update your account accordingly.  Please allow up to 24 hours for the system to update.
  • If you are unable to use the verification options above, please feel free to contact us and we'll discuss other options that may work for you.

Why do we verify?

  • Our Military pages and products contain offers and products only available to Military and DOD personnel.
  • We don't want to sell Military specific products to Non-DOD personnel.
  • We have a small team of patriotic employees and if we open up these amazing products and options to everyone, we may not be able to keep up with the demand!
